  • Selecting your members: cloning or diversity? Level of engagement, empowerment, rules, discipline, code and frame.

  • Common action plan: what do we want to do together?, what sort of common construction? what do we have as a legacy? Do we aim for reputation, for power, for contributing to society?

Masterclasses(face to face or through zoom or equivalent)

Ability to design bespoke masterclasses to develop themes covered in the various movies with a focus on management.

Our masterclasses are interactive, involving role plays, analysing practical situations and conversations amongst participants.

Each masterclass is supported by one A5 manual with content highlights and summaries to help participants to learn.

We consider a masterclass should last no more than 2 to 3 hours and address an audience up to 15 participants to allow enough interaction and engagement
