 DreamWare™
DreamWare™ is Eagle Performance's secret weapon. A board
game that is quite literally a social fabric weaving machine and a
communication accelerator. Inspired of the ancient Chinese approach to
problems, it invites participants to formulate and explore a quest of
their own, with the help of challenging cards and structured feedback
from the other players and the Eagle Performance coach. DreamWare™ is a
unique and performant tool of discovery, valuable in numerous contexts
and especially in team building workshops.
DreamWare™ Principles:
- Each player identifies his DreamWare
quest and agree on a collective quest
- 4 to 8 players per table, if more we
recommend to group them by sub group
- No competitors, just allies
- Players to receive a set of counters
to start with
- Other players provide feedback,
support and mentoring
- DreamWare™ coach provides coaching
and challenge for each table
- DreamWare™ philosophy is a win-win
game
- DreamWare™ is “dialogue” rather than
“confrontation”
- DreamWare™ players play with and not
against
