Eagle Performance is operating since 2001 and is expanding business with more than 40 clients in various sizes, industries and countries.

A team of senior international coaches having expertise in specific skills compose the Eagle Performance team.

In some businesses, a good “international” Coach can be a tremendous advantage in understanding the international aspects of a situation regarding people, cultural specificity, client access and product/solutions offering.

In other, a Coach with top-level sports experience can parallel the planning in sports performance to business performance in order to achieve excellence.

In most of the case, having coaches from diverse nationalities can help the client to address cultural and style issues better.

Eagle Performance employs British, Greek, French and American coaches to spread wider the impact and the scope of coaching.

All our Coaches have business experience, some with CEO track records, and other with unusual expertise; but all are Coaches with a difference.

Having met so many senior Partners, Vice presidents or CEOs business leaders in “our day job” as well as in our Board and NED life, we knew it was the right time, especially in view of the recent slowdown of industry, to offer executive advisory, coaching and team building solutions to senior management.

Despite market and industry differences, these issues and problems are more or less similar.

Coaching Team PerformanceIn the world of sport, would you ask an athlete if coaching was important to his performance? We can measure the need for each champion to receive the proper coaching. The champion may perform twice faster than his coach, but without him on his side, he will never attain the gold. The coach proposes in consultation with the athlete, a long-term strategy based on milestones, strength and weaknesses analysis and preparation and rehearsal programs to reach excellence.

So how can we assist the VP or CEO in “Creating Competitive Advantage” in matters of importance?

Our advisory/coaching role is a mix of senior business professional, trainer, psychologist, and philosopher. It requires a lot of listening and mirroring, a serious dose of “common sense” and creativity coloured with a “back to basics” attitude and we may suggest the use of other techniques where appropriate. Our principle is to help people to realize they can fish but not to fish for them.

Building on a unique relationship with senior business leaders, it becomes obvious that many tools can help organizations to perform better and we offer different tools to address these possible needs.

The foundation of our approach is the “CoachWare”™ model, based over 20 years of operational and management experience.

Clients see our “advisory/coaching guidance” as a bespoke “on tap” management “hotline”.

Some clients might consider it appropriate to build with them a flexible “one to one advisory/coaching” contract, based on trust and confidentiality, face to face or on the phone when needed.

A coach can act as an interim managerOther clients will request our involvement on a short to medium term basis mission in order to fill a gap, to meet a workload peak situation, to temporarily provide a “missing skill”. In this relationship we might even consider to act as “interim manager”.

We adopt the scheme which pleases our client; one off, short mission, long mission, or yearly contract. Our large clients have signed yearly framework agreement, covering most of the mission intervention.

We are able to provide excellent coverage across most business functions including people, fun and motivation, team building, interview, talent assessment, audit, individual or group development, talent assessment, organization transition, sales and marketing added value, business networking, customer relationship, corporate communication, positioning and competitive advantage, organization and financial reporting, time & priorities management, KPI (key performance indicator).

On top of these options, we act mostly at board level with the general management.

Our philosophy is to open our client’s approach to a network of respectable and motivated professionals.

They don’t work as employee of Eagle Performance but they have a confidential agreement in place and intervene on demand either individually or in teams in missions Eagle Performance has won.

This list of partners evolves but a core team has been in place for a while.

  • Eve ChegarayEve Chegaray

Eve worked for 10 years in large IT firms in various HR related positions. She is trained in many different coaching techniques including feng-shui, sophrology and yoga. Eve coaches professional and private clients and has worked with Eagle Performance on many occasions over the years. Eve also co-facilitates with CG Malissard on the BFM Academy program for BFM radio.

Kate trained in HR with Marks and Spencer and has over 15 years executive search, training and coaching experience. She has provided training and team assessment for much of that time in both small and large blue-chip environments.

After receiving an MPhil in Economics from Aix-en-Provence, Sylvie worked firstly at City University London’s Cass Business School. Then, for the following 15 years she was engaged in the City of London’s securities industry. Sylvie is a qualified Life and Executive Coach and an NLP Practitioner.

Maria has spent 10 years as a management accountant in large corporations and has a Bachelors degree in English and linguistics a Masters in business management from ESSCA. Maria is a certified coach and trained in Gestalt therapy and Neuro-linguistic programming.

Sofia is a Psychologist and a life and career coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) focusing on empowering people to achieve their potential. Sofia is also a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Gilles is a Senior Executive (founder of AcoSphere Ltd) with a proven track record in helping companies to grow, whether start-ups or multi-nationals. He focuses on Sales Management Processes, Leadership, Sales and Marketing and Talent Management.

Each partner has his or her own business but is proud of serving Eagle Performance when needed. This team is very successful in one to one coaching, team building and specially on DreamWare™ facilitation.

Eagle Performance usually keeps the client’s relationship from the start to the completion of the mission, although a relationship of quality may off course be established between our professional coaches and the client’s executives.

The team speaks different languages which helps a lot. (English, Italian, Greek, Spanish, Arabic and French).
